Founded by an award-winning French- and Italian-trained chef with over 20 years of experience, Beyond Bonbon brings the elegance of fine European confectionery to modern-day sweets.

Our journey began with a deep passion for crafting high-quality, natural candies. Inspired by my daughter, J. Valentina, who shares my love for gourmet cuisine, Beyond Bonbon was born from our desire to create something truly special—confections made with care, using only the finest ingredients. Each candy is a reflection of our dedication to flavor, texture, and craftsmanship.

We carefully select organic sugar cane, natural fruit juices, and pure honey, ensuring that every bite is free from artificial flavors, corn syrup, or highly refined white sugar. From our delicate fruit jellies bursting with real fruit flavors to our rich, velvety caramels, each piece is thoughtfully made to bring joy with every bite.

While we are currently sharing our creations at local farmers’ markets, our vision extends beyond—one day, we hope to bring Beyond Bonbon to candy lovers across Canada and beyond.
